  • Keeping Warm This Winter

    Funded Dec 9, 2024

We are beyond grateful for your incredibly generous donations! They have impacted our classroom in the best way! Many of our students don't have warm weather accessories to keep them warm. Our students and families were so grateful for this gift! It was amazing seeing the smile of gratitude on their faces waking away with their new hats and mittens! It is wonderful knowing that there are caring people in this world that contribute to our children's wellbeing and education.

We are immensely grateful for your contribution to our classroom!”

  • Project Approach!

    Funded May 8, 2024

This project was so special because our students love birds and have really enjoyed learning all about them! The books we received were so fun to share with my students. They particularly loved the one that had the bird sounds of different types of birds they see visiting their handmade bird feeders. The students are most excited to create their new bird feeders using the bird feeder kits we received. Overall, we are so grateful to donors like you for providing teachers with the tools to take learning to new heights!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. K.

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are often faced with many challenges. It it my biggest priority to ensure my classroom is a safe, nurturing and exciting environment for children to learn and flourish. We have an abundance of learning areas in the classroom offering a means for students to manipulate the environment through hands-on interaction. As a teacher of young learners, i want to ensure that my students reach their full potential by exposing them to as many academic opportunities based on their interest. I feel that when children explore based on their curiosity, the learning becomes more meaningful and captivating.
