  • Camera for B. High's Live Stream!

    Thank you so much for the donation for the camera and the other tools to help with our live stream. The live stream that we have is live on youtube every morning in our school. It gives the school and the community a chance to see what is happening at our school on a daily basis. Parents have told me how much they love the fact that they can see the students and what is coming up at our school. The SL2 is a great DSLR for video and will give us a clean Hdmi out so the setting of the camera won't be on the screen for the stream. Thank you from all of the tech team here at Brimm!”

  • Digital Tech Club!

    Thank you very much for your donation. It was very cool to see my students use the microphone and the adapters to create music for the school. They had a great time learning how to use the technology and I believe it will live with them for a long time. Technology is never a bad thing to know how to use when entering the workforce. The students used the camera also from a donors choose project to video tape music videos and create educational videos to post on youtube. By having the students teach something to another student is shows that they have mastered the aspect of what the teacher has taught them. Thank you very much!”

  • School News! Lifestream Media! Calling all Video and Tech lovers!

    The impact has been unbelievable!! We were able to create a live stream in our school for the first time. No one in our district is doing what we are doing. We took the materials, and the help of our teacher and built a TV studio! With the tv studio we create morning announcements and put on other events around the school. Last week we did a parcc prep rally and we were able to put it up on youtube for the whole community to see. Its fantastic to be able to share what is going on in the school with the people of the community”

  • Camera for College Apps and Clubs!

    Thank you for the camera. The students are loving being able to take pictures for their profiles on the college applications websites. Some of them were able to take it home and take pictures of their families to show to different colleges. Also, the students were able to take pictures of live sports around the town to also show different colleges of their choosing. The camera is also being used to take pictures for the yearbook and weekly staff emails. Without the camera it would of been difficult to make all of these things happen. Thanks you very much!”

  • Tech Club!

    Thank you very much for your donation to my project! The students really benefit from being able to be hands on in their learning. The students are able to complete examples of problems without leaving their seat or group. All the work has been configured to be wirelessly pictured on the smartboard in the classroom. Not only are the students benefiting from this in the classroom but also as a teacher it is really cool to be able to be anywhere in the classroom and teach from the smart board. Outside of the classroom my digital tech club is loving to be able to create, manage, and publish student created songs. They use the app garageband to create new beats and connect lyrics to them and publish them on different applications. The Ipad is a great tool for my students and I to succeed!!”
