  • Reading on a Comfy Couch!

    Funded Dec 14, 2018

Thank you so much for donating! My students will enjoy reading even more now! Having a classroom couch will make our classroom environment much more inviting! I can't wait for my students to engage in their books while sitting nicely on the couch. Thank You so much for your donation again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Molina-Ortiz

  • Help! We Need to Organize and Sit to Learn!

    Funded Mar 30, 2017

I would like to thank you for the wonderful carpet and unit shelf! My students were very excited when they saw their new carpet. Most of the students said "finally we can all sit together" in which this broke my heart and happiness at the same time. My students are able to sit on a nice clean rug as they learn. As well my students have become independent by using the unit shelf as their mailbox/ activity worksheet center. In the morning, my students have a place to submit their homework and collect their homework in the afternoon. The unit shelf is also being used as a activity center, which they are able to get worksheets once they are done with their classwork. My students and I greatly appreciate all the donors for giving us the wonderful carpet and unit shelf for our classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Molina-Ortiz

We are in need of a rug where we can all sit together comfortably to learn and have a student organizer where we can keep our things together. Currently we have a rug, but it does not fit all of the children. Our floors are too cold for the other children to sit on. We are also in need of a student work organizer. We do not have desks that have organizers attached to them. We currently have tables but we keep our things in sacks that are hanging off their seats. These sacks do not hold all of their books.
