Stability balls have a multi-purpose for Physical Education. This equipment represents simple, compact and quality workout equipment my students can use to make themselves healthy. The Stability ball can be used as a workout, something to sit on, support equipment in a game and even use as a musical instrument. The balls can put a twist on a game to make it more exciting and challenging, like soccer. This equipment can also help accommodate wheelchair students to have equipment to use for kicking, and dribbling. The main drive of requesting these stability balls are to do a cross-curriculum between music and PE. My co-worker and I saw the video of the students using the stability ball as a drum, and doing a workout. I enjoy doing fun, active lessons.
