Prepared and Ready for a New School Year!
Funded Oct 12, 2023We have been working so hard this school year! We greatly appreciate all the supplies you helped with to ensure we have a great start. The folders have really helped us stay organized for the different subjects we learn about. We use the composition notebooks to create interactive notebooks and do classwork assignments. The pencil pouches have been a lifesaver! We have many writing utensils we need for class so they really come in handy.
Our classroom really feels like home too! The air freshener plug-ins keep our classroom smelling fresh; it's so inviting. We use wipes daily to disinfect various surfaces in our room (i.e. desks, tables, chairs, counters, shelves, door handles, and light switches). The candy has been a great help as well! As students work hard, they are able to enjoy a sweet treat. Sometimes it helps keep us motivated when things get tough.
Thank you so much for your kind donation towards this project! We really appreciate your support.”

Funded Apr 28, 2023Thank you very much for supporting our class with this project! We wanted to make sure we left our classroom clean and neat for the next group of students to enjoy the next year.
We wiped our cubbies, desks, and chairs. We sanitized our classroom sink. We made sure all surfaces were wiped and sanitized, like door handles, light switches, shelves, cabinet handles, counters, etc. We used the Windex and paper towels to clean our windows. After sweeping the floors, we took turns using the Wet Swiffer to make our floors shine! We even offered to help other classes; we had so much fun!
We really enjoyed working together to ensure our room was cleaned for the rising Fourth Graders.”

Supply Stock Up
Funded Nov 29, 2022Wow! We have been working very hard this year. Thank you so much for all the supplies. We have been using the items each day to help keep our classroom clean and continue to build our classroom community.
We work together every day to wipe our desks, sweep the floor, and keep each other healthy. Our masks have helped by preventing the spread of germs so we can attend school every day. As we build our community, we are learning how to be better citizens in our classroom and in our school. The candy has helped motivate us at times but also used as an incentive to do what's right and always do our best!
Thank you again for all your support. We truly appreciate it and you!”

Funded Feb 9, 2022Thank you all so much for the great supplies! We were in need of a replenishment of many of our daily supplies like wipes, masks, erasers, and dry erase markers. In addition, we have been further building our classroom community so the games have really come in handy! The weather can be unpredictable so we have really enjoyed the games during indoor recess.
The class was very excited to see more boxes delivered with goodies. One of their favorite supplies we the candy! Students receive candy for many reasons - completed assignments, positive behavior, and helping to keep our classroom neat and clean. The new broom and dustpan have come in very handy as well!
Right now we are wrapping up the final month of school and gearing up toward our state standardized testing. When we are not reviewing or studying for that, we enjoy playing games and creating our own math problems on our whiteboards. Thank you again for everything!”

Funded Oct 31, 2021After being home for 18+ months, these materials helped transition back to school in a safe and healthy way. The extra masks for my students have been a huge help, as masks broke or students came in with masks that were too big or not cleaned properly. We have also had to get used to eating breakfast in the classroom every day and lunch in the classroom several times a week, so the wipes, soap, and hand sanitizer have been super useful. Having special wipes for our electronics has been wonderful since we are continuing to use Chromebooks daily. Our school only provides a small amount of PPE, so I'm thankful that donors were able to help supply my class with these things. It's really the small things like this that help make the difference.
We are very appreciative to you all for your kindness and support, and are excited for future projects that help keep our classroom safe and clean!”
