This donation has helped tremendously. The students have been more alert and eager to learn more aspects of the culinary industry and they have been more focused. They know they can come to class and have something that gives them energy and gets them energized to tackle the day. The students are more receptive and eager to attend culinary class every day. A lot of these students come to school hungry and because of your generosity they know they have a place to look forward to
A million thank you's for funding my project. Frying is an art and now with our fryers, my students will be able to fry foods to a certain temperature that will allow them to perfect every ingredient that goes into the fryer. They will also now be able to be vigilant of how hot oil can get and also how quickly one can hurt themselves when not using proper tools or paying attention to the task at hand. The first lab they did was fried pork chunks and they were amazed and thankful to know how to properly use and handle the table top fryers. The impact you are making for my students is beyond my wildest dreams.”
