To See or Not to See, That's the Picture!
Funded Feb 14, 2021Thank you so much for your donations. Now I am able to share activities, resources and realia digitally without having to readjust the camera on my computer. Neither do I have to figure how to demonstrate a hands-on or writing activity because it can be projected by the camera. Also, the students used their erasers during their testing as a 'lucky charm' which was an excitement for them. It came just in time.
My students enjoy the fact that when I'm demonstrating a hands-on activity they can see my hands modeling the steps which makes it easier for them to understand how to complete the activity.
Actually, all my students are marveled by the new technology. They are in awe to think that they can see every step of what I am writing or showing as it is actually happening. I am so grateful for your donation that helped make this project come alive. Thank you!!”

Funded Nov 11, 2020Thank you so much for your donation. I was able to get the resources to assist in reaching all my students. I didn't have to worry about pulling one activity for the whole group, but instead I chose activities according to each group's level.
My students were excited when I gave them their assignment catered to their level. They felt more comfortable completing them and were understanding the work better.
Now, I have a wide range of activities to explore and my students have a wide selection to choose from. Thanks again for your donations that made it possible for my students to continue their learning experience.”

We Are Scanning Through Distance Learning!
Funded Oct 23, 2020Thank you so much for your donation. I am able to scan students' work to relay important information, communicate ideas about things that need to be edited or upgraded, and to give feedback on assignments. On the other hand, students are able to scan items for projects, receive and send resources from their STEM projects and communicate with me regarding materials needed.
The students are excited because as they work in groups and some assignments are worked on at home, it is easy for them to continue group projects by scanning materials to their peers. Since most of them don't have a printer at home, they can receive scanned information, and save it on the flash drive.
Students who really struggle with having the correct resources at home to work find it difficult to keep up with their peers who are more privileged. So, having a scanner takes away the sense of deprivation these students feel especially when they have to complete group assignments and hands-on projects. Some of my students fall into this category but were excited to see that help has finally arrived. Again I want to thank you for helping to put a smile on their faces.”

Funded Feb 19, 2020Thank you so much for your donations! My students are grateful to you and so am I. It is great to know that the student-computer ratio is not great because it means less time for my students on the computer. But thanks to you my problem is being solved. Thanks for helping teachers like myself get the resources and tools we need to teach our kids. After all, they spend most of the day with us working hard and we could at least make the environment conducive to learning. Your help in any way makes this possible. So again, thank you and God bless!”

Funded Dec 31, 2019Thank you so much for the laminating machine. My students were very excited when they saw it and they were very eager to laminate their work. Most of my students have never seen how a laminator is used. So now they can get a chance to try it out.
Now when we display students' work we will be proud to see masterpieces and not boring, unfinished work. Also, it will help to protect the work when it is laminated so it can be displayed for a longer period. We appreciate you for helping us to proudly show our work.”

Funded Oct 9, 2019Thank you so much for your donation. It gives an added feature to my room, but most importantly, my kids love it! They were very excited to see it when it came, much more to use it. They want to be using the seats every day instead of their regular seats.
It is great to know that there are still kind people in the world who are looking out for the wellfare and needs of our students. I want my kids to be happy and it's hard financially trying to give them the things they need. So I welcome any help and you did just that.
I am grateful for your help since I believe a comfortable student is a focused student, is a happy student who performs well. Having the necessities plays a great part in my classroom and thanks to you we are getting what we need. So from the bottom of my heart I thank you again for your donation.”

Funded Jul 2, 2019My students and I thank you so much for your donations. They are thrilled that they can work quietly and concentrate better on their work when they use the headphone. The headphones really help my students focus more on their computer lessons without the surrounding distractions. Usually, when they are on the computer they tend to wander around and not stay focused on the lesson, but having the headphones help to solve this problems.
Now all my students can work quietly and independently on their computer lessons. My students jump for joy when they see a box delivered to the classroom because they figure that we are getting new items for the classroom. Most of the time they are right. I am now able to label them so each student could have control of one.
It really is helpful having the headphones because usually the students have to travel with their personal headphone they use at home. Now that we have a class set they would not have to worry about bringing theirs from home. Those who never had one will not have to worry either because our class is ready to go. So thank you again for helping my students.”

Funded Jul 22, 2019Thank you so much for your donation which will allow my students to have comfort when sometimes they sit on the floor for different activities. I really appreciate your help.
When my students saw the rug their eyes lit up because they knew it was going to be another fun place to sit. We do a lot of STEM activities and the kids prefer to work on the floor doing these activities. They even read their books or play games on the rug.
I think their performance and behavior improve when they work or complete activities on the rug.
This means a lot to them, because they need a change from the conventional desk and chair arrangement. Thanks for giving them more comfort in their seating preferences.”

Funded May 3, 2019Now I can finally organize the things in my classroom. Having the bins and other storage items mean that things will not be put just anywhere in the classroom but there would be some kind of order. My students will have ease in finding the things they need without wasting time.
Classroom management is such a big issue in this profession, but it not only deals with the way you manage your students, but how you manage your resources. Having those items would certainly make a difference. I am happy for my students especially when I saw the excitement on their faces knowing that their things would be placed in an orderly way.
So on behalf of my students, I thank you for your generosity! I know there are still kind people in this world and I am gracious that you are one of them. Now my students will be able to have their classroom organized where things will have their correct locations and the environment would not be in chaos. There will finally be order in the room all because of your help. You are the best!!!! May God continue to bless you and your family . Thank you,”
