Do you remember a teacher you felt heard you? Perhaps you remember a teacher that would work one-on-one with you and/or reinforce a strategy taught that day? Or maybe you're a teacher yourself and knows of the importance of conferencing time during readers and writers workshop? This will be my second year teaching and I am excited to incorporate everything I have learned during my program. My goal this year is to meet with students on a daily basis to strengthen/scaffold their learning and thus reach their greatest capacity.
