Our STEM classroom is already student-centered, inquiry-based, and loaded with real-world projects I have collected from my attendance at NASA Space Camp for Educators, Exxon Mobil Teachers Academy, and Engineering is Elementary at the Museum of Science in Boston. But, we are still missing the "T" in our STEM classroom. Chromebooks will allow students to collaborate on projects within our class AND with students around the country and world--which we are doing already! Chromebooks will also allow students to create multi-media projects to SHOW what they have learned instead of taking a boring paper/pencil test. This is 21st Century learning!
