Growing Readers!
Funded Sep 17, 2021Thank you so much for supporting my students in their education. I am so grateful for these beautiful books. My kids enjoy reading them every day. They are learning the alphabet and sight words which is very important to becoming readers. I use these books to teach them during small group instruction. Which happens every day in our class. The sight word readers are also used during small group instruction to teach sight words. The books are engaging and colorful.
My students enjoy reading their books independently to point at words, notice sight words they know and discuss the pictures.
My sincere thanks to you.”

Funded Nov 6, 2020My students are truly enjoying the books you've provided with your generous donations. Every day we read in small groups and the leveled books are a great resource because they come in multiple copies. I am using them to teach vocabulary and sight words. The leveled books have great picture support for my struggling readers. They can also read these books throughout the week to fluently read.
The chapter books are great for my fluent readers. They are learning about characters, dialogue, characteristics, lessons and so many other skills. They enjoy rereading them and changing their voices to sound like the characters. Thank you so much for helping my students grow as readers.”
