Science in COLOR!
Funded Apr 13, 2024Thank you for quickly funding this project! I've been laminating some soil texture triangles and world maps for reusing. Hoping to save on supplies even more.
Students love sending things to print even after they've left my class. There's usually a cheeky visit followed by "can I send you an email?"”
With gratitude,
Ms. Boggs
This classroom project was brought to life by Maxwell/Hanrahan Foundation and 5 other donors.Science in COLOR!
Funded Dec 16, 2022My students are more actively engaged in our lessons and have the ability to create colorful artifacts are part of our lessons. I don't give traditional pencil/paper tests. My students create Review Posters for each unit. I allow them to share diagrams with me for printing to make their posters look more professional.
I also have the ability to print items in color as part of my assignments. Students were able to use color photo of animals and biomes to help understand how all our units in Earth science (lithosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere) tie together to create biomes with individual climates, plants, and animals.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Boggs
