• Books, Books, and More Books

  Funded May 4, 2023

  We have used these books to help us find nouns (proper and common), singular and plural. We have also been finding verbs and discussing their tenses as we read thru the books.

  They have a time for independent reading during my class as well as I read a book to them whole group to use a discussion. My class is rich in text. I use mentor texts to help them to understand what a good writer produces.

  My students are so grateful to have new books to help them learn and apply the skills they are learning.”
