Count Me In! A Math and Literacy Project

Thank you all so much for your generous donations and your desire to help enhance education by providing hands-on tools for student learning! Since we have received the funding for our projects, I have been able to use the measuring tools, money games and reading materials in classroom instruction. The students have enjoyed exploring with different types of measuring tools, practiced adding money, and experimented with temperature. I have been able to show the students how to apply real life math skills using these important tools and it is all thanks to your generosity. Thank you again!”

My students are made up of a mixture of students who speak English as a second language and students who speak English only. As a result I need a wide range of materials that help students at all performance levels to practice new concepts but can help challenge others as well.
