I would like to purchase for my class books that are at my students reading level, help foster their learning and to get my students excited about reading. Coming from being a first grade teacher, I really need to build up my intermediate classroom library. The district provides money for textbooks, but does not supply funds for additional reading material. Additionally, I would like to provide my students with flexible seating options to give them a sense of calm and reassurance. The wobble seats and yoga ball allow them to choose a type of learning that is best for them and provides them with a sense of community (not having a specific "my desk" or "my area"). My students and I thank you so much for your consideration.
