Welcome to my class of first graders! First graders are enthusiastic and eager learners. They enjoy being silly and active. I love first graders! My students come from a varied background, both ethnically and socio-economically. This year half of my 26 students are English Learners. Some of them have just moved to the US from another country and only speak their native language. I am always looking to enhance my teaching and learning in the classroom. Donors Choose is a great organization that has helped me do this in the last 2 years.
