    Thank you so much for your support of my classroom. As a result of your donations my students have been fully participate in various activities. I would like to highlight our beginning of the year activity where students chose a show that best represents themselves and color or design it. Students also take time and write what it would take others to know about themselves in order to walk in their shoes. With your donations students who did not have all their school supplies were able to participate and fully express themselves. The students were excited that we had materials for the whole class and that everyone was included and not limited to their preference of color.”

    Having a tablet in the classroom will help our students be more engaged in our classroom activities. Additionally, having a touchscreen allows some students who feel frustrated and stressed with the use of a trackpad an opportunity to engage in the material in a fun and exciting way. Another key feature is allowing myself to roam freely around the classroom with the tablet and cast a display of the tablet's screen. I believe this will enhance the overall engagement in the class, reduce the students' frustrations and anxiety, and be able to model and display student work instantly. Being able to provide technology that students use daily and display it on my overhead leads to an exciting, interactive, and student-led classroom
