My students are amazing. They are extremely kind, caring and smart children. They want to do well and they have a very strong work ethic. They just need a little extra attention, help and resources. The school I work at is a Title 1 school in Colorado that mainly serves a Hispanic community. However, our school is very diverse. Many languages are spoken and there is a wide range of backgrounds. The families are very supportive and love their children immensely, however many of them do not have the time or resources to help their children academically.
