Giving my students access to technology on a regular basis will allow them to fill their deficits. Regular practice of their weakest skills will shore them up and make them their strengths. Accessing technology is only possible when all students can focus. Their instructional programs include audio support that helps with their reading goals as well. Headphones are essential to the use of their electronic devices. These devices will allow individuals to work on only the skills they need, what is just right for them! Many times whole group instruction catches students in practice skills they either have already mastered or aren't quite ready for yet. Using these tablets to develop self-paced practice will help meet each student where they are using I-Ready Instruction.
