My students are divided up into reading groups depending on their reading levels. While I am pulling reading groups, my students engage in Reader's Workshop. During Reader's Workshop, my students are silently reading, writing about their books, or preparing something they would like to share about their books. I also have students working on interventions for different reading skills. I would be using Chromebooks as a different activity during this time. Students would be able to use them to read books from a program that we have that gives students access to hundreds of books that are at their own reading levels.
