Students will be able to follow lesson plans more easily if they are projected on a large surface. Currently, students must follow paper copies of the daily lesson slides, which adds clutter to our already cramped classroom. With a projector, students will be able to experience multimedia (such as videos and slide show presentations) and display their own digital creations to the rest of the class. In the 21st century classroom, a working projector and a large projection board is necessary for a teacher to clearly communicate the material and expectations to their students. Having a reliable projector will allow us to focus on the content and the methods of learning it, instead of always focusing on workarounds for technology that is no longer functional.
