Having tablets in my fourth grade math and science class will make a difference in my students' lives because they will have access to a new way of learning. Many of my students struggle learning basic math facts; by donating to this project, my students will be able to use the tablets to practice math skills by using interactive educational apps and games. By making learning fun, students will be more engaged thus increasing their achievement. This will help my struggling students feel more confident and develop a love of learning. They will also be able to use the tablets to research science and social studies topics related to our curriculum, which will help our science and social studies lessons come to life. The students will be able to explore the great wide world without even leaving the classroom!
