All the student in my class have unique abilities, mentally and physically, and need to have material presented to them in a modified way. Most of the students also have vision needs and being able to present material to them at a larger scale would benefit my class. It is also important to provide opportunities for my students to participate and having classroom furniture that is mobile allows me to bring the presented material to their side no matter where they are in the classroom or what equipment they may be sitting or standing in. The easel I am requesting would allow my students to see what is being presented up close and at eye level as needed. We will be able to read stories printed on poster paper. My students will also have the ability to have the board beside them so that they may participate in using the felt board and white board.
