My students will use these math manipulatives from home during our online Google Meet lessons. Students will be required to use these materials during whole group as well as small group instruction with the teacher. Additionally, students will also be asked to use these math tools for independent work as they attempt to solve mathematical problems. My students will be able to review kindergarten skills that were taught last year as well as hone their skills in counting and base ten operations, along with learning how to compare numbers as they add and subtract and develop other critical thinking skills in math.
