• Snack Time for Us

  It is with great gratitude and appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give, toward "Snacks Time for Us!" With the awesome snacks, I was able to supply my students with snacks before lunch.

  The snacks for our students allowed them to focus will attending classes. Becoming highly engaged in their learning activities and collaboration without being hungry. These bags of treats made up for a portion of that fun, that they won't get otherwise.

• Personal Hygiene and Pamper Me for the Ladies

  Funded May 23, 2023

  Thank you for your donation of hygiene products. These items were used to distribute to students on an as needed basis and we made them available for students to pick up during a tabling event. By providing the toothbrushes and toothpaste, this served as a "conversation starter" for other supports we provide student.

  I used the tampons and pads to address period poverty among our students. Many of our ladies lack the financial resources to regularly purchase these hygiene products. I placed a box of pads and tampons in the women's restroom along with a bilingual sign for students to use as needed. I replenished the box at least twice a week. Students and staff thanked me for making this available. Students also reminded me when it was time to replenish and offered their assistance as well."”

• Refrigerator for Snacks

  Wow! Thank you so much for the gift. The students are really excited about having snacks in the classroom. We have stocked the refrigerator with water, juice and Gatorade in preparation of the warm days to come. The students will be so very excited to see the brand-new refrigerator. I am sure that this will get them more embedded in improving their classwork, test scores and confidence as well.   I can't thank you enough for your generosity! I am extremely grateful, and my students were very excited about the snack and hygiene products they received. We have great deal of students who will benefit from the essential needed to start the day. These snacks and hygiene will allow student to boost their confidence daily. They will begin to increase their self-esteem and confidence while learning. Positive feeling about oneself is key to the success of my students and I am trying to instill in them a love of self-care. Thank you for your help in this mission!”

• Science With 3-D Printer

  Thank you for your generous contribution to our project "Science with 3-D Printer." The printer has been extremely beneficial in our creating solid figures and shapes that have 3 dimensions. As you can see from the pictures, the 3D Printer allows every member of our science class to gain knowledge with technology. What a difference a 3D printer can make! The 3D printer is now creating opportunities for our students to see science in a different light. Our 3D printer is safely housed in our science department lab. It is so convenient to have everything we need for class in one secure, easily accessible place!

  I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful donation to my classroom. My students have enjoyed the The Apple Mac book as much as I have. They love going to the computer center because there is a activity of interest for each child. The students have enjoyed exploring the different learning games and labs. My sweet young adults students even took their learning to the next level by building electric houses. Learning has come to life for my sweet Physics students because of generous people like you."”

• Engaging Students in Color

  Thank you so much for your amazing donation to our school! Colorful and engaging activities are usually resources that aren't available to teachers unless they pay for a printer and ink out of their own pocket!

  Now, thanks to you, the teachers at our school will have the ability to create so many recourse that students will use every day to learn.

• Headphones for You

  Funded Dec 9, 2022

  I want to thank you very much for your generous donation to this project. We have been using our headphones for a few weeks now. The impact that this set of headphones has made is amazing! Last year, none of my students were able to use headphones. Computer course time was always very loud and the students wouldn't stay interested in their own computer. Our new headphones have made such a difference!!

  Each student has their own pair of headphones that they get to wear each week. We are constantly working on the computer, the students plug in and put on their headphones, and pull up their educational assignments. Then...all I hear is silence!! Every single student is quietly engaging in their work! I rarely have to give any reminders to stop talking because they are so involved in their own online assignments.

  I never could have imagined the impact that these headphones would have for our class computer time. Thank you again, so very much, for helping my students!!!"”
