My students ADORE reading, and we have worked together as a class to make an environment that fosters literacy! My second and third grade students specifically love reading book series such as the Magic Treehouse and Dogman series. I have carefully selected the books on my list with two purposes. First, I selected books that are in a series that my students will find engaging. Second, I requested books that represent the diversity of the students in my classroom. This curated selection of books will allow my 2nd and 3rd grade readers to continue to be engaged and passionate about reading!
