  • Basic Ceramic Supplies

    Funded Jun 21, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous donation towards the ceramic supplies for the school. We have run into some snags with the kiln. The kiln was having a bit of trouble getting up and running, but it is now hooked up. We just finished our first project creating textured hearts just in time for Valentines day! I plan on having students create sitting shelf animals with the sculpting tools we got. The tools we received will help create those really small details we need. The mini pottery wheels will also be really helpful for all of my students to be able to experience how to create a bowl using the wheel. I am super excited to share this type of art with my elementary students! Thank you again for your donation, the supplies you helped purchase will be really helpful!”

Thank you so much for your generous donation for the colorful paper to use in our art classroom. Paper plays a major role in the elementary art classroom, and was definitely needed! So far students have been able to create many projects with the paper. We are super excited to create more this school year thanks to your donation. Thank you so much for donating towards this project the students and I are forever grateful!”

    Funded Feb 22, 2024

We just wanted to say thank you so very much for the wonderful art supplies you donated towards the basic art supplies for the art classroom. Thank you for bringing such smiles to our children's faces!

Our students absolutely loved crafting, coloring and making art. We certainly have made lots of memories already during the last few months of school and can't wait to make many more when we get back in school from summer break. It was incredibly generous of you to donate these supplies to our children and we are so grateful for your generous donation.

Thank you again for your kindness!”

  • Watercolor Paints

    Funded Oct 11, 2023

Thank you so much for your donation of the watercolor sets and refills! The students were so happy to have brand new watercolor palettes for themselves when painting their Fall still life this school year. Next week we are painting our paper mache ornaments with them too. The students love their sets, and take special care of their brand-new sets. We very much appreciate your donation that helped make this happen! These watercolor pallets will get a lot of use this school year and hopefully next year as well since we also got refills. Thank you again!”

  • Organization is Key

    Funded Aug 16, 2023

Thank you so much for your donation towards organizing the art room. So far, each art table is supplied with its own supply box. I have five art tables. Students have learned to look for and take care of their supplies in their supply boxes. This new system has helped out tremendously with time management, and keeping the classroom supplies organized. Students have also taken more responsibility and ownership in taking care of their supplies. Over time, the art closets are going to look amazing, and supplies will be organized and easily findable. I have a total of three big closets in the classroom. One closet is golden, the second and third closets are still a work in progress. The variety of containers has proved to be very useful. Again, thank you so much for your donation towards this project. The art classroom was in desperate need of organization and is now starting to become more organized all thanks to you!”

  • Light Table

    Funded Aug 11, 2023

Thank you so much for the huge donation of the light table. The students love it. It is all they want to do in my classroom sometimes. The table has helped tremendously for students to self-regulate when they are having a hard time, it has also really helped with their creativity. So far my students enjoy the Picasso blocks on the light table, and seeing the colors shine while also building intricate castles. My students also really enjoy the sensory play with the beads. Not only do students enjoy the light table, but it has also proved to be very useful for students to help trace their artwork. Thank you so much for your donation, the light table has been a great addition to the art classroom.”

  • Mindfulness in the Art Classroom

    Funded Feb 8, 2023

Thank you so much for your donation of mindfulness materials for our classroom. Students have been having a blast utilizing the sequins sensory wall and playing with the squishy balls in the calm down box. My Kindergarteners also really enjoy the color sorting boards with the magnetic pens! All materials in my calming corner seem to be a big hit for students, and really effective in distracting students to calm down and start to reset themselves. My students also really enjoy jumping on the color tiles to see how they change, I love watching my students explore and use the sensory materials. Thank you so much for your awesome donation!”
