• Motivate Reluctant Learners

  Thank you for helping provide motivating classroom rewards and prizes for my students! Many of my students struggle with issues like homelessness, poverty, and foster care. It's difficult for them to see the importance of learning and focus on their work. Prizes help motivate these students to learn and improve. I also use the prizes to reward positive social behaviors like helpfulness, kindness, and responsibility. All these prizes quickly add up for a teacher. Thanks to your help, I can continue to use these rewards to motivate my students!”

• Cozy Classroom Rug

  Thank you for helping my students get a beautiful new classroom rug! The students love reading stories together on the carpet and discussing important topics together. They also like having a soft, cozy spot to play their math games together instead of sitting on the cold, hard floor. The bright colorful rug really brings our whole classroom community together!

• Simple Science Materials for Curious Kids

• Learning to Handle Big Emotions

  Thank you for supporting my project Learning to Handle Big Emotions! My students were thrilled to get new books about managing emotions, fidgets to help them calm down, and a a cozy chair for our Calm Down Corner. Many of my students have stressors at home like poverty, family separations, and unstable housing. They bring these worries to school, which can interfere with their learning and cause outbursts and disruption. The books you provided teach important skills about self control, managing anger, and calming worries. The students love the yoga dice that helps them relax their bodies and the chair and fidget that allow them the space and opportunity to calm down. Your generous donation has made a world of difference to these kids!”

• Empowering Writers

  Thank you for helping supply my classroom with a bright new rug! My students were so excited when the custodian first brought it in! They couldn't wait to listen to stories on it. We're using the rug every day as a comfy place for students to complete their learning centers, for story time, and for great classroom discussions! The rug really makes our classroom complete.

• Restock and Refresh

  Thank you for helping us restock and refresh our classroom! My students have loved using the new eye droppers for science experiments. The page protectors and dry erase markers have made it possible to more hands-on learning games. Our prize box is full, motivating those reluctant learners. And of course, we'd be lost without our new pencil sharpener!

• Spring Restock

  Thank you for helping me restock my classroom! It's amazing how quickly supplies dwindle when used by little hands or how much of an impact a donation can have. Thanks to your help my students have fresh crayons to draw with and new glue sticks to help complete their work and projects. Not to mention tissues for all those spring colds and allergies!

  Teaching is sometimes about big, exciting moments like field trips and school plays. But even more often it is about those small moments of practicing skills, teaching students how to handle their emotions, and creating a classroom community. In those small moments, having basics supplies makes all the difference!”

• Summer Success Bags

  Thank you so much for supporting my project Summer Success Bags! With your help, every student left on the last day with a bag full of items to help them learn and practice skills this summer. The bags included printed math and reading games, as well as dice, cards, and playing pieces to use with them. In addtion the bags had journals for writing and calendars filled with ideas for summer learning and enrichment! I know these bags will be a huge asset to my students this summer.

  My students come from families and neighborhoods that can't provide the kinds of enrichment activities other children are exposed to. There are no museum visits, summer camps, or travel for many of these kids. Too often they languish at home watching tv and playing video games. Thanks to your support, they have constructive activities to keep their academic skills sharp and their parents have ideas of how to keep them stimulated. I can't thank you enough for your support!”
