  • Classroom Store To Motivate Students

    Thank you for providing extra motivation to my students. They love using their school cash to buy new rewards they love the play dough and water bottle stickers their number one choice. They were so excited the very first time the store had the new items in it, that many of them down their school cash that they had been saving for months! It is not only bring the students joy to by these things, but helping keep the engaged in class to earn more cash. Thanks again for helping make a difference In my classroom!”

  • Learn About Our World Through a Magazine

    The scholastic magazines have been a big hit with all of my students. The students are really enjoying learning about up to date topics that are happen in the world now. This has lead to many student branching out and further on their own researching these topics and having conversations about them on their time during recess or lunch.

    I have seen my students fully engaged in reading and discussing topics with in the magazine. They have even took the magazines home and shared with families members. two times I have had a family member contact me and tell me what great discussions were happening at home based on the articles in the magazines.

I can use the magazines in both small and large groups within my classroom. By donating to my project, you will be able to give my students a chance to help create lifelong readers! We will spend time reading and learning many new and exciting things using Scholastic magazines. The students will gain an understanding of current events and happenings. They will use this understanding to share their knowledge with others.
