My students are 7th and 8th graders that come from various backgrounds, from group homes, to section one housing, to 2 parent homes. They include students that are on the Honor Roll to major behavior problems. Some of their families are well off and others mention food stamps daily. All of these things affect their learning, but when they get to chorus class they are ready to work...and they enjoy it!! I want to do everything I can to help them continue to enjoy singing, and find their love of performing.

About my class
