We will use the carpet to sit on during read aloud time. My kiddos LOVE being read to, and sometimes have a hard time getting comfortable on the hand-me-down carpet I found at a yard sale this summer. I would love for them to feel more comfortable, and add some brightness to my classroom. Our absolute favorite time of day is our read aloud on the carpet! We are also in major need of an easel! An easel will help to display important charts with information for all of my lessons, and will also be a great tool for kids to practice their work on in math and ELA!
