  • PreK is Alive with Color!

    Funded May 9, 2017

Thank you so much for helping my scholars grow academically. Many of the resources we use in K4 require the use of a printer. Thank you for helping us!”

Thank you so much for you generous donation to my classroom. My K4 scholars are going to be so excited to see the new materials in our dramatic play center. • Tricycles That Are Kid-Inspired!

    Funded Sep 2, 2016

Thank you so much for supporting our movement in the classroom! My scholars absolutely LOVE riding the tricycles up and down our hallways in the afternoons. You have provided all of my scholars with the opportunity to learn how to ride a tricycle. The scholars have loved learning how to ride the tricycles and learning how to share and take turns with their friends. These have been a wonderful addition to our classroom and school! Thank you for funding this project and making our dreams come true!”

My kindergartners are a diverse, enthusiastic group this year. They are very energetic learners who like to be active. During a recent discussion about our outdoor play equipment, they wanted to know why the other class has tricycles and we don't, and thought I should go out and buy some for our class! For most of my students, school is the only place where they can use a tricycle or even try one. Most don't have the opportunity to visit the neighborhood parks and use equipment that they can climb on, ride, jump, and run on. My students will be able to build their gross motor skills 60 minutes a day during PE and recess by pedaling the tricycles. These tricycles are Kid-inspired my students even picked out the ones they want to use to get active in the Kaplan catalog. Please help us fulfill our Kid-Inspired Tricycle project so we can be active in K4 for 60 minutes a day!
