In the classroom, I like to educate my students by differentiating many activities. When learning a different language, students need to practice listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Without all those modalities, it becomes difficult to learn a foreign language. I not only teach them the language, I also teach them about diverse culture (food, music, holidays, traditions, geography). The culture comparison keeps my students wanting to learn more. Learning a different language opens up many doors in the future for my students. Throughout the school year my students are able to compare their audio fluency from unit 1 to their last unit of study. The ipad will make grading seamless while walking around and conferencing with my students.
