ESE is part of the Anderson Community Schools Corporation in Anderson, IN. ACS students are bright, energetic, and eager to learn. These students are strong, and already fight against so much that asking them to overcome a lack of vital curricular resources is unfair. Help our students here at ESE by being part of the movement to fund a new set of Vex IQ robotics sets. These kits will be more than cool toys, as they will help to implement Project Lead the Way curriculum here are E2. This curriculum will help students learn about the design process, as well as basic engineering and computer programming. Our students see a city around them that has been hurt by a loss of manufacturing jobs, but they remain optimistic as our city has become a regional hub of technological innovation. This curriculum will help keep our students engaged and connected to new innovation and technology, as well as help students explore themes such as force and simple/complex machines, (by using the build components of the kits in multiple ways).
