    The funds from this project greatly impacted my students and will for many years to come. The students were excited to see the boxes and go through the new equipment and learning materials. All of these will improve student engagement, health and learning through developmentally appropriate skills and activities.

  • Sensory Sensations

    Funded Dec 21, 2017

    The impacts of integrating sensory materials and learning tools from this project have been significant. When the boxes arrived in our classroom, students were inquisitive and eager to open them. Upon opening them, they've been exciting and had opportunities to use and explore all the tools.

    Many of my students uses the sit disk, sensory regulation items and timers daily. We have seen a increase in attention and focus, active learning and engagement in the classroom. It has also decrease undesirable behavior and student anxiety.

    Overall, many great things have come from this Donor's choose project. It was continue to help meet each students needs and develop successful lifelong learners.”
