Snack Break!
Funded Oct 18, 2022Thank you so much for your generous snack donations. At the start of the year some students were able to bring snacks and others were not. It was difficult to see students asking and being forced to watch other students eat. I supplied snacks when I was able , but that became very costly. With your donations I was able to supply students snacks daily after our morning activity. The students enjoy the snacks, and trying new things like fruit leathers! The snacks also help on those days the cafeteria runs out of food, or a student misses breakfast and is feeling low. On those days I am able to share an extra snack with the students!”

This classroom project was brought to life by The Peterson Family and 5 other donors.Help Fill Our Incentive Chest
Funded Jan 3, 2019Thank you sooo much for the wonderful donations to fill our incentive box. The students were excited to receive the packages, but even more excited when the boxes opened. The snacks made them happy, but their eyes lit up when we opened different glow materials, slap bracelets, and bendi pencils. One student who hadn't purchased anything for awhile was ecstatic about the bendi pencils, and was happy to trade in her tickets for the prize. I am so happy that we were able to get the pencils before she left because due to a recent family emergency she will be leaving our school. The pencil has helped with her focus during lessons, she is a fidgeter so being able to quietly bend her pencil, and still focus on the lesson is great.”

Supplies!
Funded Sep 14, 2017Thank you so much for your donation. While I was unable to post pictures of students due to the schools policy the supplies has helped a ton. Each student received a set of supplies to use in class, and at home. The extra supplies was used to make table bins . It's wonderful to have the students completing all assignments without reporting that they don't have the supplies they need. 80% of my students came to school this year with NO SUPPLIES , and those who did bring supplies had very few items. The supplies that this project provided allowed me to prepare all students for the school year! The copy paper , chart paper , and chart paper markers are used daily in case to make anchor charts, and posters to go along with our lessons. The students LOVE creating charts on the large paper !”
