Students in this county are not granted the opportunity to be exposed to life outside of their present environment. This will allow students to be engaged and allow us to take virtual field trips! With this, students will not feel inferior to their counterparts. This project allows our students to choose their seating and utilize technology in the classroom. Many students do not like to sit in one place all day long. Students can get up and move about the classroom in order to take advantage of learning. It allows them to be comfortable and promotes learning in the classroom. The stability balls are used for the unique seating approach. I have found that students do not remain focused when sitting in traditional desks and chairs. The stability balls have proven to create a more comfortable atmosphere and promotes learning. The listening center can be used to play various songs to help reinforce skills and provide an additional learning tool. The tablets allow students to use a variety of apps to support their learning in the classroom and allows them to research concepts. It also provides access to additional material outside of the classroom. Thank you for supporting this project!
