My project will focus on building students' phonics and reading skills for the next level. Most of my students are still working on basic phonic skills. Therefore, having letter blocks and magnetic phonics letters will surely help advance their reading level. My students like to learn through manipulative and they are more engaged in their learning with peers. They love to build words with letter blocks. Most of my students are sensory driven and so they do work well with various magnetic letters, and blocks. Reading workstation time is my students' favorite learning time. They have shown progress over the months. They work with peers, help each other during work time, building and reading words together, and reading to each other. They are peaceful when they are working and learning with their peers.
