This is the second year that my school will be using American Reading Company for our reading program. It's a great program that levels the students according to their reading ability, which allows me to understand their strengths and weaknesses better. The problem is that my classroom library does not have enough books for the lower levels. I want to make sure that all of my students have books to read that will promote success in their reading and not frustration. For example, the Junie B. Jones books will be for the readers on a second grade level and the Miss Nelson books are for readers on a first grade level. I know that my students will enjoy reading the new books that will be added to their classroom library due to your generous donation.
