The students I teach are 1st graders who are excited and enjoy being back in the classroom after being virtual for so long. While learning in a virtual setting allowed students to become more hands-on with technology, nothing could replace actually being in the classroom live one on one with a teacher.
As students returned to school, teachers began to notice the significant gaps and learning losses that the students suffered from. As we enter more into a technology-based learning environment, it has become so important that students have the materials they need in order to successfully comprehend and engage with the learning programs available to them.
By having something as simple as headphones, students will be able to explore read-a-louds, phonics development, and math concepts more efficiently. They will discover new ideas and revelations in science and social studies all without having to compete with the day-to-day classroom distractions that can often take place at any given time. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my request and we will appreciate so much, whatever you are able to give.
