Hola and Hi from Tacoma, Washington! Blix Elementary is the home of the Blazers! It is a school where many students from multicultural backgrounds find friends, caring teachers and the opportunity to receive a solid education. This will be my 5th year teaching there, one area I need help with is being able to provide 10 ipads for learning, not for gaming! Our school has purchased a program, Imagine Learning. Using technology and a solid literacy program has proven to be very helpful with our English Language Learners, raising their reading scores to up to 40%!
