I am a third year teacher at a small public charter school in Cedar Hill, TX. After two years in Kindergarten, I am headed to 3rd grade to teach reading and writing. The school is entering it's fourth year and is currently in a temporary location comprised of portable buildings. We are the only charter school in the state of Texas completely founded by educators, not a business. We are a Design Thinking and Leader in Me school. We focus on building the whole child, not just the academics. I could not imagine being anywhere else, for myself or my two elementary age sons.
