  • Digital Task Card Fun!

    My class gets so excited each and every time I introduce new digital materials to help support their learning. One of the favorite materials I have been able to share with them is Boom Cards. These digital task cards have made reviewing previously taught concepts so much more engaging and fun.

    So far, the kids are really excited to use these task cards to practice their reading skills. They love being able interact with the cards especially because they get immediate feedback on their answer choices.Thank you for making it possible for my class to enjoy remote learning!”

A document camera will help support my students during daily lessons. Many of my students are stronger visual learners and learn best through this modality. During math lessons, I would like to show my students how to use small manipulative materials with the document camera so all of the students can really see the concept I am trying to teach. In reading, I would use the technology to demonstrate reading strategies in a more 'up close' way! In writing, it can be used to display models of both teacher/student created work. I intend to use this technology for the students each and every day!
