  • I Spy With My Little Eye.... A Document Camera!

    Thank you so much for your donation that has allowed me to purchase a document camera for my classroom. It is my hope that this camera will provide better access to learning for all of my students. It is going to help us with the modeling of proper handwriting, working through challenging math problems, and sharing our writing with others.

    This document camera will be a valuable tool that will allow my students to take charge of their learning and share their thinking with the peers. Again, thank you so much for your donation. It is very much appreciated!”

  • Classroom Rug to Build a Strong Community of Learners!

    Thank you SO much for making this new classroom rug a possibility. You have helped me to create a clean, welcoming space where my students feel right at home! Our new classroom rug is divided into nice, even squares which have helped these young learners discover their personal space and how to be accountable for their learning choices.

    We spend so much of our time together on this rug. Here we enjoy Morning Meeting, GoNoodle dance parties, Chromebook time, writing opportunities, and so much more! Again, I thank you for your donation and I hope you know that it is appreciated so very much!”

The rug is the heart of our classroom! This is where we come together to say good morning, share about our unique experiences, laugh at our favorite books, discuss our mathematical thinking, and have awesome birthday dance parties! Unfortunately, due to a very tight budget, my classroom rug has not been able to be replaced in over 10 years. A new rug would bring new life to my classroom and provide my little learners with a bright, clean space that they can take pride in and that would make them feel welcome and comfortable! I look forward to all the memories we will be able to create in this new, happy space!
