In our building, the classrooms are not air conditioned. Picture 23 third grade students in a classroom when it is 80-90 degrees outside. They are hot, sweaty, and unable to focus on learning. After a year and a half of school being closed or different than previous years, every minute of learning counts. How well can you focus in a hot room on a hot day? Fans are important to the classroom environment so students can start the school year on track and stay focused all year. Thank you for considering my project. Please know that we are only asking for fans because it is not in our personal budget to keep supplying the fans necessary to cool our classrooms. Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated!
