    I am writing to express my sincere thanks for your recent donation of various hygiene products to our school. Your generous donation provided some basic life necessities that each young person needs to have to assist him/her in accomplishing his/her goals. Your donation will play a key role in our students' success.

    I am continually inspired by the dedication and generosity of donors like yourself who answer the call to give. It takes a team of dedicated people to bring about good in the world. We would like to thank you for being part of our team as donors. I saw in the faces of my students the gratitude and joy that your donation brought about. So many of my students live in economical situations where good hygiene products can be afforded. You have made these situations turn around for the better.

My Title I school has 600 students in Pre-K through fifth grade. They are curious, enthusiastic, hard-working, and respectful. My school has 84% of the students on free and reduced lunch and we have free breakfast for 100% of the student body. Each one deserves a dignified education. Unfortunately, many students do not have their basic necessities met outside of school. Each of my students have developed a well defined eagerness for learning. They do not let any hardships outside of school stand in their way of exploring, befriending or gaining knowledge. They have learned to appreciate the diverse community at our school and welcome each of their peers.

About my class
