I teach 23 of the most enthusiastic Kindergarten learners. At this point in the school year, many of them are able to read on their own and take great pride in choosing "Just Right" books. My students come from a large variety of backgrounds, and as a result, have a large span of background knowledge that they utilize when reading and writing. I strive every day to create memorable learning experiences to help bridge the gaps for those students who need it, but also the enrich the knowledge of all of my learners.

About my class
