Professional development
An Apple for a Teacher
I need an iPad, apple pencil and keyboard to help enhance my craft as a teacher learning to integrate more technology into her teaching and professional development.
Thank you so much for taking the time and donating to my classroom! The donation of snacks to my classroom was just what we needed. My students were really excited to know that they would be able to get a snack when needed. We have already put the snacks to good use and many of my students have benefited from being able to have something to eat during our snack time. Being able to provide something for them to eat when needed has been one of the best feelings because I don't have to see their sad little faces when I would have to tell sorry I don't have anything. Thank you so much donors for making snack time a possibility for my classroom! This teacher heart is full and happy!!”
With gratitude,
Ms. F.

These dictionaries will help grant access to my students to increase their understanding of passages and text when reading. They will be able to look up unfamiliar words thus making them more successful when taking tests and increasing their comprehension.
Many texts are written with academic vocabulary that unfortunately my students do not know and do not hear at home. This accessibility to academic words hinders their comprehension when reading. Having access to these dictionaries would help in leveling out the playing field a little better and grant them the access to words that unfortunately their upbringing does not provide. These classroom dictionaries would help impact my students learning.
