We have a meditation room in our building yet we lack shades! We need to be able to darken the room to foster relaxation! We have used "Yoga For Kids" , "Mindfulness For Children" I have created a slide show for classes to follow in the mediation room, it has music and mindfulness exercise. I also have a brain break slide show for students who are acting out. There is a wall of affirmations the students may reference whenever in the room. I also have copies of these affirmations for students to take if the choose too. Meditation equals Mindfulness!
