    Getting a new computer for our Promethean board has had a significant positive impact on our Science class. It is helping us to keep up with the advancing technology.

    Having an updated computer with updated processing power, memory, and storage will allow the Promethean board to run more smoothly and handle newer software, apps and updates with ease. This computer has reduced lag improved responsiveness, and made it easier to handle multimedia content, interactive lessons, and multitasking. Modern computers are built to support the latest operating systems and software. This is essential as a new educational tool. This computer has improved the board's display quality, video playback, and interactive capabilities. This computer is a long-term investment that keeps our setup relevant and functional. This ensures that we can integrate future software advancements and new educational technologies without the need for constant hardware upgrades.”

  • Learning Science With Interactive Notebooks and STEM Projects

    Funded Dec 4, 2023

    I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous donation. The world is changing and our students need to be prepared. We have been working on getting them ready to use technology at the elementary level and, not just to play games and watch videos.

    We have purchased interactive notebooks for them to write their notes and share their work with their teacher on Google Classroom. We have purchased Google slides to introduce topics and assign work for them to complete.

    My students were able to have fun with STEM activities. We were able to enhance the lesson by supplementing them with some stem activities to make them think, explore, create, analyze, and enjoy science.”

  • Print-Rich Vocabulary Covered Classroom

    Funded Oct 30, 2021

    Thank you for your donations. My classroom has become a print-enriched colorful environment. I was able to print our different grade vocabulary cards with illustrations for my classroom. This has helped English learners to see the picture and the English words that go with the picture. I printed out color pictures to go with my anchor charts so they can understand them also and use them as references. Students have been working on food chains and have printed out colored pictures of the animals to add to their projects. This print-enriched environment has made a change for my students. Thank you for that.”
