  • First Grade Can Learn in Virtually Any Situation

    The supplies we were gifted made learning enjoyable during the pandemic. The dry erase markers allowed my students to use their desk as their personal white boards this also help cut down on using paper. The markers made writing and math lessons fun! My students enjoyed writing on their desk with their favorite color dry erase marker. My students would practice writing, math and spelling during their downtime. I plan on continuing to use the dry erase markers for the upcoming school year. 💓🙏🏾”

  • Discovering Math & Science: With Hands on Learning

    Thank you so very much for help making learning fun and interactive for my first grade students. At times we forget as educators that students can not just only learn verbally and visually but by touch too- through manipulative's learning can really intrigue our students. My students were so excited when they had the opportunity to experience the magnet activities. All I could hear were ohhhs and aahhss the experience was amazing. For my students to be able to see magnetic force at work gave them a better understanding on how magnets work, what they are attracted to and what makes them repel. The base ten manipulative's helped my students a lot, it reinforced skip counting, and helped them to understand place value. Thank you so very much for helping make my classroom learning interactive and reinforcing meaningful learning.

The items in this project will allow my students to become better organized, and display/preserve their work. The printer will create colorful interactive workstations and a print rich classroom with colorful illustrations and allow them to make real world connections. The laminator will be used to create, preserve and display exemplary student work. This will create a sense of pride for students and their parents. The laminator will also be used to preserve classroom workstations for use at school and at home. The bookshelf will be used to organize level readers so that students will have easy access to "just right books." This project will give my students a sense of achievement.
